01What we do

Measure, research, recommend.

01

Measurement setup

GA4, Google Tag Manager, consent mode and server-side event tracking configured so the numbers reconcile with your bank account instead of contradicting it.

02

Market research

Who is actually buying, what they are worth, what they are searching for, and how big the addressable market really is.

03

Competitor research

What the businesses ahead of you are spending on, ranking for, and saying — in specifics you can act on.

04

Channel research

Which platform suits your offer and margin before a budget is committed to it. This one regularly saves clients more than our fee.

05

Live dashboard

One link showing spend, leads and revenue by channel, open to you at any hour without asking us for a report.

06

CRO

Session recordings, heatmaps and user testing to find the real friction, then a running A/B programme — reported honestly, including the tests that failed.

02How we present it

Options, not orders.

Research is only useful if it ends in a decision. So we do not deliver a document and leave — every piece of research ends with two or three concrete options.

Each option gets what it would cost, what we expect it to return, how confident we are in that estimate, and what would have to be true for it to fail.

We say which one we would choose and why. Then you decide, because it is your money and you know things about your business that we do not.

Where we are uncertain, we say so rather than presenting a guess with a confident number attached to it.

04Clients

What they said.

Facebook said we made 340 sales. We made 158. LT was the first agency to tell us that instead of quoting the higher number back to us.

They gave us three options and told us which they would pick, then let us pick a different one without any argument.

05Questions

Analytics questions.

Almost always modelled conversions plus double-counting across platforms — each one claims the same sale. Server-side tracking and a single source of truth fix it. Expect the numbers to get worse before they get accurate.

Yes. Market, competitor and channel research is available as a one-off piece of work. Plenty of clients take it, act on it themselves, and come back later or not at all.

No. It is your data, held in your accounts, and we take access rather than copies wherever possible. Access is revocable by you at any time.

Do your numbers reconcile?

The free audit checks whether what your platforms report matches what your business actually banked. Most of the time it does not.
